Introduction Herbal supplements have been used for centuries as a Natural weight loss supplements way to improve health and well-being. With the increased popularity of alternative medicine, the use of herbal supplements has become more common in recent years. However, there is still much debate surrounding their efficacy and safety. This observational study aims to explore the usage and perception of herbal supplements among the general population.
Methodology For this study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 500 individuals, ranging in age from 18 to 65, from diverse backgrounds. The questionnaire included questions about the participants' use of herbal supplements, their reasons for taking them, perceived benefits and drawbacks, as well as their knowledge and sources of information about herbal supplements. The data was then analyzed using statistical methods to identify any patterns or trends in the responses.
Results The results of the study showed that a majority of the participants (65%) reported using herbal supplements regularly, with younger individuals more likely to use them than older individuals.
